Pad Thai is one of the most popular dishes in the world. It owes its popularity to its simplicity and taste. A good Pad Thai contains (flat) rice noodles, egg, tofu, king prawns, bean sprouts, spring onions, peanuts and lime. The sauce is made from tamarind beans, but you can also simply buy it in a jar.
Israeli cuisine is particularly tasteful. The classic dish Shakshuka certainly is. The dish consists of eggs in a sauce of peppers and tomatoes, with all kinds of fragrant Middle Eastern spices. Shakshuka can be eaten throughout the day: for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

There are various types of preparations for this dish, but often fruit is added, such as apple, banana or mango (chutney). This makes the dish a special combination of savory and sweet.
